Thank you for your encouragement and support. I feel like I am HOME here. I had worked getting off my other anti-depressant recently (before PNP) only to be told I should take this one along with several other minerals. Now I am doing fine with just the 10mg. prozac day 3. I have talked to the doctor about the titrate process.
I am very stable and feel very good mental and physical. I slept well last night and made it to my HOT YOGA for 90 minutes. I ate my protein breakfast and lunch and I am still on the go.
I take my vitamins after breakfast and save my complex carb for the evening.
I have been mentally on this path for a long time by myself, I knew I had a problem with sugar. Now with Kathleen's help and your support the puzzle is being put together for me.
I usually eat the same breakfast, this morning I did us a PEA protein instead of WHEY. I think the WHEY is to heavy for me when I do this extreme yoga.
I am 54 year young and have 3 grandchildren. I have had a lot of stress over the years with my family.
I have a 50 year old sister that suffered a major stroke May of last year. My former husband battles MS daily. I know the importance of having good health.
