You mentioned not having cravings in the morning, so I will assume that you do have cravings later on in the day. I don't crave anymore, and I think it is just miraculous! What breakfast does is set a great foundation for the rest of the day. The combination of the protein and the complex carbohydrate seems to be the best for me.
Since you have the book, you might want to spend a bit of time trying breakfast as it is written in the book. This includes enough protein for your weight, a complex carb, eating within an hour, and doing it everyday.
