I find the protein part really helpful. For starters it helps stabilise my blood sugar... not just immediately but seems to set up my day.... I'm sure its the 7 am protein that settles my old 4 pm and 8 pm munchy/unsettled times!

you like eggs? how much protein gram wise are you aiming for? Let us know if you need any help with it. I had 2 boiled egg for breakfast this morning and made the rest of my protein up with a shake to drink ( and sweet potato wedges alongside)

what could you fancy?
