Hi everyone,

I have just finished reading Potatoes not Prozac and had my first breakfast including protein this morning. It's the first day of my recovery and I'm really excited and a little apprehensive about starting this process.

However, as Kathleen was pretty much describing me in the pages of her book, there is no question in my mind about my sugar sensitivity status. When I look back, buying Haribo sweets at my local bakery at age 6 and 7, it has become clear to me when my addiction really started.

Anyways, thought I'd introduce myself before I got stuck in. Off to the grocery store to buy some foods I'll be needing from now on. Take care everybody! xo Greg :h11) :h4) :h6)
