first of all 7 days attentive to breakfast :h2) - great thing! and also thanks for mentioning snacks. I always thought it 'best' to grit my teeth and carryon through....planned snacks are really beneficial to me.

I let them go at the end of step 3, when I steadied and did not need them. But when my day alters and I have a different set of challenges I do thrive on a snack in the right place.

I like hummous and hard boiled egg, almonds. Cold chicken spread with hummous as well. Cold roast sweet potato wedge with cold meat and tapenade
