Healing

I wrote last week about not right on super bowl Sunday. Well I just got up every morning did the food and exercised. Thank goodness by Friday I felt my old self again. :h4)

Now if I had been better about keeping my journal (I don't do constant enough) I could go back and read why I was off that day and eating stuff I don't usually eat. Lesson learned keep up the journal. :s4(
