Breakfast
I have always had breakfast at 9am, a bowl of porridge (oatmeal + water, microwaved 3 min.) with semi skimmed milk. At midday we have lunch, which always includes coarse brown bread and meat or fish. I realize that there is not much protein in my breakfast, but it makes me feel full and I have no cravings of any kind during the morning. I wonder if I should start eating an egg or some other protein in the morning, when I do not need it?
I am not on the weight loss diet yet, as I am still reading the books and stabilizing my eating habits.
I am going to need a lot of support from you all!
