Hi Cathy,

Yay for 3 weeks of breakfast...and congratulations moving on to journal! So nice to hear about things you are already noticing. Just want to make sure though that you are checking with your Dr. about the Prozac?

I"ve always been a good sleeper so I don't have any suggestions for sleep. Maybe that will be another thing that will change as you continue through the steps!
