Needing a snack at 10:00
For the last 7 working days I have eaten a program friendly breakfast at the same time and noticed something interesting. I get hungry around 10:00 in the morning. But that is a good thing that means my hunger signal is working again. I just make sure I have a planed snack and I feel much better.
I love when our bodies tell us they need something.
