hi Cathy
just reading about your altering the dose of prozac,Ive often heard friends here tell of leaving medications till step 7.. it being easier then with all the steps support in place.

I was interested in what you said about sleep - i always used to think I was a good sleeper.. but I never could get up in the mornings, and I was that tired... lots of things together in the steps help me I think, and now I have more of a restful sleep. I always think its a good measure of if everything step wise is in place if I wake alert :h4)

its amazing that you are aware of your mind and body responsiveness to what you are eating :h12)

Have you discovered a favourite breakfast , or doing different ones?
( I mostly do the same every day, though change at weekends and holidays)
