Check in week #3

Hi Everybody,

This is the beginning of week 3 for me. I am doing well with breakfast and ready to start the journal. I am learning that my mind and tummy really respond to what I eat. I have had a couple of evenings with to much sugar and I felt Awful. Being mindful of the cause was apparent for me.
My craving for sugar has been decreased. I am looking a labels when I shop more.
My energy is good, and I am going to Yoga class (90 minute HOT yoga 105F)
My blood pressure is good and I have cut my Prozac from 20 to 10mg. (Started this week)
I hope that my sleep will improve. Any Suggestions Appreciated!
I am leading my 12 Step Group Al-ANON tonight.
