: 2 cups red cabbage, finely chopped
: 1 c carrot, grated (aout 2 carrots)
: 1/2 medium apple, chopped (I like
: granny smith)
: 3 T mayonnaise
: 2 T fresh lemon juice
: 1 tsp apple juice concentrate
: 1/2 tsp lemon pepper

: Combine cabbage, carrot and apple in
: a bowl. Combine other ingredients
: in a small bowl, Mix well and pour
: over vegetables and apple. Stir
: well. Refrigerate for 1 hour to
: blend flavors.
