Wow Verena, you return in style with a lentil recipe I will love I am fond of puy lentils, and often have them for a packed lunch. Or resting in the fridge for grabbability at mealtimes. I buy them tinned though as its really easy. (Merchant Gourmet is the tin I like, sainsbury do them, for any Brits)
