I sit in tears behind a closed office door, hoping no one walks in. My heart hurts for you. As you know I am a huge lover of dogs. Mine is my everything. There is nothing like the unconditional love of a dog. I have had mine for about 11 years. It is amazing the healing power they have by just being. I have a pit bull and he was a therapy dog when I lived in Florida. The changes in the people in the nursing home where amazing. I could write a book on what I saw.
