Good job, one of these parties you will set out meat, cheese, crackers veggie tray and fruit and the family will eat it!! Everyone always says to me we can count on Chloe to give us healthy food. The seem to request it! Funny when we change we do influence others.

: It's been awhile since I wrote to you
: all, but I just had to tell you
: about a big change for me. I've
: been steady for 3 months now and
: have lost 13 pounds. That's not
: the biggest news though. I FEEL
: GREAT!!

: Our family has a big party with other
: families, (different every time),
: every year or so and we have
: presents, special foods and tons
: of goodies. I bought hagen daz
: vanilla and every topping
: available, you know, syrups,
: candies, whipped cream, cherries
: and nuts. Anyway, when it was all
: over and done with my husband said
: that he was so proud of me for
: staying steady though it all and
: asked how I felt about it. I said
: I felt a little left out, but then
: when I really thought about it I
: realized I had more fun than I had
: ever had at ANY party because I
: felt calm and relaxed and full of
: energy and I played and played!!
: We had a tag game where knee hi
: nylons were loaded with flour and
: I really had a blast tagging my
: husband and kids and all our
: friends. We had another game that
: was unwrapping a gift that I had
: wrapped with one box inside
: another box inside another one...
: while unwrapping we had to wear a
: rain coat, scarf, hat and oven
: mits. We had to go as fast as
: possible before the next person
: rolled a 4 on the dice and the
: coat etc went to that person. What
: a hoot! When everyone was
: exchanging presents, (all either
: hand made or costing under $5.00),
: each person spontaneously read the
: card that came with it in turn and
: the sentiments were so touching. I
: felt such pride in putting it all
: together. What a change for me.
: (My family had to admit that they
: paid for all that sugar the next
: few days in the way they felt
: too.) I am so happy to know that I
: can do this and that I LOVE doing
: this!
