I started the program about three years ago and than one day what had worked for me all of the sudden no longer worked. I used to be able to eat oatmeal and then one day it just stopped working. I had to change things up and have a different brown for breakfast. I still do oats once in a while but now it has to be gluten free oats for some reason.
Also in the beginning I was able to do wheat (whole wheat toast and whole wheat tortillas where a staple for me) and it worked well for me. And then it stopped. I still do wheat but not as much.
You might want to change up your browns and try doing something else other than the wheat. I also noticed that for lunch you have 2 eggs. That is only 12 grams of protein I know for me even with a snack that that would not be enough protein at lunch, I need about 21 grams.
Don't be afraid to play around. Your journal will tell you what you need to hear just make sure you listen to it. Our bodies and needs change as we do the program and we need to adjust our food to fit our needs.
