Re: Serotonin + Gardening research

I am very proud of your too!!! It is so easy to just throw a plant away when it does not look healthy instead of taking the time to nurse it back to health. I have to admit I am guilty of doing just that. So I am proud you took the time to take care of it.

Taking care of plants is just like taking care of ourselves. We come to this program all wilted and broken looking to get better. We have to take the time to make sure we have the right nutrients; food and water, just the right amount of sun and of course attention and love. Just like the plants we start to feel better and look better everyday that we do the program. One time I got lazy and did not water my plants like I should have. They stayed alive and looked okay a few leaves turned yellow and fell off. But I thought oh well at least they are not dead. But as soon as I started watering them every week like I was supposed to do I was amazed at how much more beautiful they became. They no longer looked sad and belt over but they stood tall and strong. It reminds me of taking care of ourselves. If we take care of ourselves like we are supposed to do we too will feel better and have a wonderful glow about us. We no longer walk around with our head bent down but walk tall and strong and proud.

You know what I LOVE about this program? We get to make friends from the other side of the world!!!! I hope the business is going well.

Lots of Love
Kari
