Hi Sue, I was on that Step2 class as well, and I think lots of those folk must be feeling the same, because we never really got the energy going.

Have you joined the Brits list? they are a really nice group of people and very kind and gentle!

Step five is SUCH an achievement! to me that looks totally unattainable at the moment! So don't beat yourself up, congratulate yourself! You've proved that you can get there and stay there, so its 'only' a matter of finding your way back. When you are down that seems impossible, but
most of the people here seem to have had to climb back up a few times before they cracked it for good :h6).

And personally I don't think you need to be perfect to help your daughter. That's the SS all-or-nothing mentality speaking. There are lots of people who have their children doing the programme alongside them, maybe not the journalling for the little ones, but in terms of the doing the food, its just what we put in front of them. Can you just give her something approaching the RR breakfast to start?
