I am glad you found us. Yes, the program will help you a lot.
And actually we do not think in terms of *rules* but in terms of
guidance. You see, healing addiction is not about rules, but
about changing one's approach.
My suggestion is that you come over to the community, join the step one
online group, talk here. Let us show you the method we use.
But come with a beginner's mind. And simply learn step one. Just that.
And you may be depressed, but remember the title of the book.
