I am very lucky to have the coworker that I do. When things are going very well she will comment and ask what I have done differently. Once she noticed all week I was very focused and asked what I was doing different - I actually had been eating beans for my breakfast brown. Nice that others notice the changes in me almost before I do.

Breakfast went well ate about 90% of it and made sure I drank a glass of water with it as well. That always makes a difference with me when I drink water first thing in the morning. So day 1 of breakfast down. And I ate it 15 minutes after waking. On my way to work this morning I just kept thinking WOW this is AMAZING!

Yes Paul could really use the program but some people are not ready to hear about it, he being one of them. He downs sugar all day long. Sometimes by 8:30 in the morning he is already on is second Pepsi and makes several trips to the vending machine for sweets and soda. I made the mistake about talking about the program once and he about bit my head off. He feels you can not have issues with sugar if you are thin and yes he is thin but he is also a very very active 60 year old. First and last time I have mentioned anything about it. People are not ready until they are ready.
