There are so many people out there willing to tell us the "right" way to eat. When I first saw a dietician she suggested that I keep a journal to see how I felt on different diets. That is how I found out what worked for me and what eating practices my body didn't like.
I'm only on Step One here, but Step Two is food journaling. I suspect you would find out rather early in this program what your body responds well to and what it doesn't.
Do you see what I mean? Take their advice into consideration, but if it doesn't work for you, let it go. Your body is individual.
