It's nice to have you here! This program helped me with depression...it is how I found the book. I thought...if I could just use food for my depression, instead of going on meds, that would be wonderful!
There's a special group called *Radiant Abundant Program on Less* that you could join and get tips from if you are interested.
Have you started eating breakfast yet? Instead of taking things out...like sugar...it is really helpful to add things in. You've already noticed that you can cut down on sugar, but the body is such an addict, and finds other ways to get what it needs...like those sugar free lollies. This program helped me with that, so I don't even reach for a sugar alternative.
