My breakfast is ready for tomorrow. Tonight I made Baked Oatmeal with mixed berries. I did not have vanilla so I added some alcohol free maple flavoring to it. House smells wonderful (but a little to sweet smelling). That will be my brown. I also plan on having a protein shake and I want to try to add some veggies to my plate as well. So I sliced up some beautiful red, yellow and orange sweet peppers. What a wonderful pop of color. Veggies at breakfast that is a new one for me .
I put a place mat on the kitchen table. I also put a plate, napkin, fork and a glass to add my protein shake to. I am excited just thinking about it.
