My breakfast timing has been off and so has my breakfast brown. My coworker today said that I have been IPAPing for the last three weeks. (that is our term for talking about nonsense, being all over the place, being disruptive about things and not being able to focus. It stands for I Pulled A Paul. We have a guy at work named Paul that does that all the time and it drives me crazy. One day I realized I was doing the same exact thing that he does and I told my co-worker 'Oh no I just pulled a Paul' And the term IPAP has stuck ever since)
Well the last three weeks my breakfast has been off. I get up grab my shake and am out the door. I get to work and my shake sits there. Sometimes I might have a brown and sometimes not. But lots of times I don't get to my breakfast until really late - like today it was 10:30 when I started drinking it.
My co worker pointed out that when I ate breakfast at home before coming into work I was much more focused and did not IPAP. I came in said good morning and was heads down working the whole day.
Why am I telling you this? Because I want to announce my goal to the world and hope it will help me in doing it. My goal is to get up earlier so I have time to sit down and eat a full breakfast before coming into work. Doing breakfast and all it's parts. I was so good for so many years not too sure what happened.
