thats good news! Delicious shake has got to be a good thing!

complex carb with breakfast. my favourite at the moment is sweet potato.... have fun finding what you like..... lots of ideas in step one list :h10)

about 5 - 6 hours - but I was nowhere near that at first, my blood sugar was very volatile so I had a snack inbetween :h11)

looking forwards to hearing how you do with the within the hour. That was my most difficult bit :h6) but also very healing :h11) love to hear what you find.
