I think I would like to try your taste challenge. But it will probably be a little slower. I am thinking it will be very interesting, as I am a very bland eater, no pickled things (other than the pickles I make myself which are loaded with sugar). I dont eat vinegary things. I am boring as to the vegetables I eat so this sounds like fun. Next time I go to the store, I am going to get a vege and try it. I did try swiss chard but instead of cooking it I put it in my smoothy and that worked great but then the shake started making me sick. But I dont think it was the chard. Anyway, sounds fun so I will join you. Now I cant wait to go to the store and figure out what I am going to try!!
