Sometimes I find a particularly pretty outfit to wear, though in miserably icy weather no-one will see me all day(I think).
It is good closet and drawer cleaning weather too.
I find myself evaluating with dangling old bracelets on my wrists and tops I bought when I was thirty pounds heavier.
I can't throw away because someone gave them to me. I try them on and admire the loose fit . That is usually when the UPS guy does come. I answer the door in bracelets, a big slogan sweatshirt and my hair held back by an ancient barrette.
