Journaling can be hard but then it becomes a routine just part of your day. Hardest for me was figuring out how I felt. Always the same either good or lousy. but slowly I found my inner voice and other words became part of my journal. I had journaled in past and it was more of a punishment to track my "bad" food. When I let that go and just recorded it became better. Good luck.
I have used the journal they sell on the web site. It really helped. Gave good hints for feelings. Place to track water and exercise. I needed some structure at first. Chloe
