joy dots: a good day ahead, yummy omelet for breakfast, made by my husband, and an afternoon of bird watching awaiting me.
I know that if I eat just protein or just carbs at a meal, I will be crashing later. That feels far worse than any any digestive issue I will supposedly get from mixing them. And you can always take digestive enzymes if you are worried about it. There are some good ones in the RR store. Besides, doesn't that theory say you should eat an all fruit breakfast (or is that just the Suzanne Somers plan?) That would be a disaster for a sugar sensitive person.
When I started doing this program, I was trying to do eat right 4 your type, and it got way too complicated. So I decided to just do this plan, and then after I was steady, if it seemed like the foods the other plan said I shouldn't eat were bothering me, I would think about eliminating them. According to that plan, I should be mostly vegetarian. And my roommate at the time was supposed to eat lots of red meat. Well, it turned out that she felt better eating less meat and more vegetarian food, and vegetarian food isn't dense enough protein for me.
So I found it was better to do this plan, and then figure out what my body liked and didn't like that fit with the plan.
