I have been journalling again for a few weeks; but I am having a hard time making connections between the food and feelings. So many other things seem to affect my feelings - the time of the month, being sick, the weather, what's going on with my family, that it's really hard for me to decipher whether I'm feeling great because I had a good, protein-filled meal, or because the sun is shining and my period is over. Or do I feel terrible because of the food or because it is cold and rainy and everybody is sick?
