Yes, Kathleen, I resonate with what you are saying.
That desk that is "stuck" is a reflection of me.
I am familiar with that "stuck" feeling in a variety of ways in my life.
Generally speaking, I am loathe to make a move in life without checking out all the possible outcomes in advance.
Trying to calculate what is the better way, the most effective way, the way that will lead to best results, what the consequences will be, etc. etc.
Pretty soon I find hours have passed and I haven't put one foot forward.
Makes me sad.
