I think the changes came in sort of interconnected little jumps for me.
I felt the most differences at step three which was also my hardest challenge.
One day I felt thinner even though the scale had not budged. My clothes were looser too.
One evening I noticed I had no urge to munch. That had been my hugest munching time, My journal had showed that I was more tired than hungry and had been trying to rev up with food.
