Progress? + Step 2

Well it's been about 2 months now on the program and except for one incident, I have stopped the pattern of being off sugar for 3 weeks and then going on a mega-binge for 2-3 days. Now it seems that I have a sugar treat/threat every 2 days or so. I don't know if this is progress or what.

Breakfast is pretty good, solid and includes all four parts. Still don't get it within the hour when I go running sometimes. I feel like I am ready for step 2, but resisting. Any tricks for getting off my butt?
