gosh you reminded me of my 'white knuckle it lets get through it, steps!' LOL, hope you get to experience some nice bits as well. I remember it all being such hard work - till I approached it a bit differently and then I got to experience the fun bits. What ideas do you have to enhance your own experience?

Yes, thats amazing isnt it? Last week I was given sweets as a thank you and I wasnt interested in them, and besides I know what cascade of brain chemicals and unsettledness just one would set off. Easy to give them away.
