Some people feel a big change just from doing step 1. Others start feeling the change when they get to step 3. I know I noticed a difference from step 1. I used to eat an all carb breakfast, and I would be ravenous an hour or so later. When I added in protein, I wasn't continuously starving all morning.

But if you don't notice anything right away, have faith, it's still working, and as you go through the steps, you will begin to notice differences.
