: After I got my food steady, a lot of

: disaster. We dated for a long time
: but never really got serious, and
: it was a very healing time for me.
: So a lot of it will clear up once
: food is steady. Then if you still
: have some issues, you can try
: therapy. I know therapy wouldn't
: have worked for me before doing
: the food - no matter what I did,
: the biochemistry held me back and
: I couldn't get past it. I read so
: many self help books, but couldn't
: do anything that was in them. But
: after I was steady, I began to be
: able to apply some of what I had
: read, because I wasn't trapped in
: biochemical patterns.
