Welcome, the kinds of breakfasts that I enjoy are eggs and whole grain toast, eggs and cheese on wheat English muffin, potatoes with onions and bell peppers with eggs, omelet with whole grain toast, steel cut oats with protein powder added, shake using protein powder (I order the Restore from the web site store).

There is a great list on the web site to give you ideas for breakfast. I know lots of folks eat any kind of foods, but I enjoy breakfast foods. Welcome and come back often. This is a great group who help us sort out this kind of things. Chloe
