Hi Martina,

It's nice to have you here!

Have you read a bit on the Radiant Recovery website? There's lots of information to get you started. Just click on the *7 Steps* link to read about the steps. When you first start, focusing just on breakfast is really helpful. Even though it seems simple, there is a lot to learn while going through each step.

For breakfast, are you getting the right amount of protein for your body? Do you know how to figure that out? And for now, using agave on your oatmeal is just fine...taking it out comes much later. For breakfast I have been having lentils and chicken...warm and filling for me. When I first started the program, having a protein shake was tasty, quick and easy.

The Caribbean...ooh, I've never known anyone who lived there before! It always makes me think about pirates!

: Hi. I am on day three. Have been
: trying to get a copy of the book
: but live in the Caribbean, and
: they don't sell it here, and I
: can't seem to get a hold of an
: ecopy although will try on kindle
: later. The one thing I'm
: struggling a bit with is what to
: eat. I'm doing the potato at
: night, and fish and veg for lunch
: and dinner, but breakfast has
: become egg whites and plain
: oatmeal ( I used to put agave on
: that but am now aware that the
: sweetness was probably triggering
: my thirst for sweets). Is that a
: good way to do this plan or can I
: introduce other things that are a
: bit more tasty? Can anyone suggest
: a days worth of meals that would
: be recommended for this plan?
: Thanks.
