Thank you Collette! I believe you are so right. My body went through a lot of deprivation just prior to coming back to RR so it likely needs time to trust that I'm going to feed it enough and regularly. It just always puzzles me that I don't feel the hunger much when I'm doing that crazy eating and do when I'm feeding it more. I guess that's a mystery that will always baffle me and I'm not blaming this program in anyway, just doesn't make sense to me just yet. I'm learning to trust it will all work out somehow. Thanks for sharing to Dodi and Mosaic as well.
