Feldenkreis involves repeating specific body movements, which after time, helps your brain organize your movements better. It is slow and soothing, and gets the "kinks" out. Very gentle and great for back, shoulder, hip or any other pain (but you don't need to wait till you are in pain to do it :h11) ).

I've gone to Feldenkreis classes in the past, and also have a set of 12 lessons on tape.
They are WONDERFUL BE raisers!
