That's an optimistic report on cholesterol with this program!
I've always had good values in my blood test results.
LDL and triglycerides always low........HDL always high.......cholesterol normal.
I've often wondered how that could be, with all the trans fat abuse I was giving my body
in the way of cookies/pastries/cake, etc. (I was also eating eggs back then, but not as many as now.)
Recently, my LDL has climbed a bit, and HDL went down a bit. The ratio is still good, but it was disappointing that it happened on - of all things - this great food plan (8 months now).
