Food

Hi. I am on day three. Have been trying to get a copy of the book but live in the Caribbean, and they don't sell it here, and I can't seem to get a hold of an ecopy although will try on kindle later. The one thing I'm struggling a bit with is what to eat. I'm doing the potato at night, and fish and veg for lunch and dinner, but breakfast has become egg whites and plain oatmeal ( I used to put agave on that but am now aware that the sweetness was probably triggering my thirst for sweets). Is that a good way to do this plan or can I introduce other things that are a bit more tasty? Can anyone suggest a days worth of meals that would be recommended for this plan? Thanks.
