Yes, if I did half as much as I think about doing, I could move mountains, LOL.
It's nice to hear the steps can help get around that a bit.
I just had salmon again today. I prepare it, then have it for about 3 days in a row as my protein for one of my meals. I feel especially "healthy" when I have a salmon meal
And I love it so much.
I also have other fish, but salmon wins hands down
Sardines are nice too, out of the can and quick to make a meal. I add cheese and possibly egg to a sardine meal - don't think I get enough protein from just the sardines.
Glad that eggs have a better rep these days.
I toy with the idea of trying shake just to have an alternative to my many egg meals per week.
I'm not a shake person, prefer real food.
Not sure about this. Need more insights...
Can't use local protein powder - they all have sugar or sugar substitutes.
I wonder about the Restore.......I read on the forum that people like it, but I feel unsettled about getting it shipped here (a bit pricey for my pocket...) and finding out shake doesn't suit me.
I like solid food, and can't fathom having something cold for breakfast.
Even in our smoldering summers here, I have a hot breakfast!
I'm undecided...
