Hi Terri,
Do you happen to workout after work, or do any extra activity later in the day? That would certainly make me more hungry.
On the flipside, sometimes when I'm busier during the day I won't notice hunger cues but at night when things are winding down, I do notice them. Or if I'm bored, I might feel hungry, but it's more of a BE hunger.
Just some stuff to think about!
The other thing I thought about suggesting is that maybe your other meals could use a little boost; like try the .6 calculation for a while instead of the .5 of protein. It's weird, but a bigger breakfast and lunch actually do make a difference at night.
