What a nice report. Yay, you!

I eat 2 eggs a day most days. My cholesterol went
way down doing this program. When I was more of
a vegetarian and didn't do RR, it was around 200.
I ate a lot of sugar. I barely ate any eggs.

Now I eat meat and eggs (I've always exercised, so
it isn't that), and it had dropped significantly the
last time I went-I don't remember the number, but
it was at least 20 or more points less. I've read that
this has happened with lots of us following this program.

And yes, fish is great protein.
