Lately the egg does not hold me

if you have found something you are happy with, then I'd say listen to what your body is saying. Have a good snack and a good sleep and then you can concentrate on step 2 without worrying about it.Its great you are recording details

I expect it'll sort itself out as you go through the steps. I used to get my hungry 'thing' at 4 pm. Dont know why, but it was always 4 Not 5 to, or 5 past.... 4!
I'm pretty sure its because I have active mornings and I eat more breakfast now, which seems to give me the energy for everything else.
then I'm not trying to catch up with myself at 4 pm.
you'll have to let us know what your journal says about it , over time.
