Hi Pam,
Bananas are just fine, especially if you are just starting the program. The fun thing is you get to be your own detective, and figure out how they are for you...which usually comes much later in the program. One of the things I've enjoyed about bananas is that they make great program friendly baked goods. I don't use them as much anymore, but had a lot of fun trying different recipes after detox.
