Congratulations on 3 weeks of breakfast!!
Remember that you don't need to worry about what you have the rest of the day...including sugar. Right now your job is to just focus on breakfast, and that sounds like it is going really well for you. I agree with Allison. Give it another week, and then start step 2...journaling. If at any time you start to feel overwhelmed, it's a nudge that you might be going a big too fast, so backing up works well.
