I'm on Step One and using a protein powder isolate which seems to be pretty good stuff--derived from grass-fed cows, non-denatured, much lower carb content than the supermarket brand I started out with, dissolves easily in milk and tastes really pretty good, even on the mornings when I don't have time to add berries, etc. In fact, it dissolves so well, and tastes so good, that I'm suspicious (which is typical of me--"if I'm not suffering, am I cheating?"). The label says zero grams of sugar, but it is sweetened with stevia. Should I be concerned that the sweetener is in any way interfering with the benefit of getting the protein early in the morning? (If not, should I be concerned about that at some point, but maybe not this early in the game?) Thanks for your thoughts!
