I have been on the program about 7
: months now and I can finally
: 'feel' my body. At the beginning,
: I just did the food as best I
: could. Just sort of treated the
: program like another diet
: monitoring what I ate within the
: plan. I thought the feeling part
: couldn't be trusted. But I
: realized I never felt anything! I
: have slipped with sugar a few
: times but I know now what it feels
: like so I used my slip ups to
: remind me of that feeling I don't
: want to have anymore. More
: importantly I feel the 'radient'
: feeling of eating a good breakfast
: throughout the day. I am so happy
: to have found this program. I have
: to do step 6 , 7 and begin the
: loosing weight program but I am
: not anxious anymore. I will just
: do it slowly now. I have been
: rereading the books and
: discovering so much more
: information in them. This is
: simple yet complex and it works so
: well with me.
